Hello!
I'm Christina
Human First. Therapist Second. Dog Mom Always.
I help people pleasers feel safe in their own bodies, voices, and relationships so they do not have to survive their lives. (Because I've been there too.)
I know what it feels like to live in survival mode.
I spent years overriding the signals my body was sending, pushing through the symptoms, and feeling scared by what was happening inside me. I desperately wanted peace not only in my mind, but in my body.
On the outside I looked capable, calm, and reliable. On the inside I felt disconnected from myself.
Slowing down didn't feel like an option, and I didn't know how to change that (I actually didn't believe it was possible).
I tried to fix each symptom on its own. Sleep more. Meditate. Lower your stress. None of it worked, because the real issue was my nervous system. I was living in survival mode, and my body didn't feel safe enough to settle.
For years, I taught nervous system regulation through movement and mindfulness, and I was in therapy for nearly a decade. The somatic work helped my body and the therapy helped my mind, but the two were not integrated. Something was missing.
That was the turning point.
I made it my mission to understand how identity, attachment, emotion, and the nervous system interact.
So I went back to school. After years of training, education, clinical experience, and a lot of personal work, I now integrate narrative psychology, inner child work, and nervous system regulation in my therapeutic approach.
I help people pleasers rebuild internal safety so they can reconnect with themselves and express who they are without self-abandonment. And I meet you exactly where you are, because I remember how unsafe it felt to step into my truest self.
You do not have to navigate that alone.
So now what?
What does an integrative approach look like?
My philosophy begins in psychotherapy. While we may share similar experiences and struggles, every human is unique. We need to spend time understanding how you got to where you are, what has or hasn't worked so far, and where you want to be.
Through individual therapy and/or psychoeducation courses we deepen your understanding of yourself and the current state of your nervous system.
Depending on where you're at and what you need, different therapeutic tools are used to support your mental-emotional well-being.
Within psychotherapy we also use mindfulness and somatic work to address the physical and spiritual components of ourselves. This can also be supported through mindfulness and movement practices/courses where needed.
My primary goal is to truly understand where you're at.

it's my belief that
every person deserves to feel safe in their own body, voice, and identity.
Many of us learned to suppress who we are in order to stay connected, avoid conflict, or keep the peace. Over time that survival strategy becomes self-abandonment.
My work supports the nervous system safety required for expression, so you can show up in the world as the self you already know on the inside — without collapsing, shrinking, or disappearing.
